Whether you’re serving delicious German food, pouring ice-cold beer, helping with festival activities, or working behind the scenes in planning and logistics, there’s a role for everyone. Corporate & Group Volunteering
Looking for a team-building experience that also supports the community? Corporate teams, organizations, and social groups can volunteer together at GermanFest! Whether it’s serving food, pouring drinks, or assisting with festival activities, this is a great way to engage your team while giving back. Plus, volunteer groups can receive recognition on our website and at the festival!

Individual Volunteers
Want to be part of the festival fun? We need enthusiastic individuals to help with a variety of roles at both GermanFest (Main Festival) and FamilienFest:
✔ Food & Drink Service – Help serve delicious German food and beer at GermanFest and FamilienFest (limited menu).
✔ Festival Activities & Games – Assist with fun contests, games, and interactive experiences at both events.
✔ Event Support – Greet guests, help with festival logistics, and keep the celebration running smoothly!
No experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm! Volunteers get to enjoy volunteer perks, the festival atmosphere, meet new people, and support one of Northeast Indiana’s biggest traditions.

Want to be part of the team that makes GermanFest happen? Our volunteer planning committee works behind the scenes year-round to organize everything from event logistics and sponsorships to marketing and vendor coordination.
